Children's Social Care Data - Find a freedom of information request

This is regarding a breakdown of number of placements by type of provision and single age as at 31st March each year.

Please note, there are 6 Tabs for completion (Tabs B - G).

Please find attached completed tables Low figures are considered exempt under Section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) where disclosure would allow the possibility of a living individual being identified. Lincolnshire County Council believes that providing this data could potentially lead to the identification of those children and that disclosure of and the potential risk to the rights of others that could result, would not provide any greater understanding of the subject matter. We have therefore provided the response of -, to provide insight without contravening Schedule 2 Part 3, Section 16 of the Data Protection Act 2018 relating to the protection of the rights of others.

We rely upon Section 40(2) FOIA to withhold this information in this regard
