I would be most grateful if you would provide me, under the Freedom of Information Act, details in respect to the contract below

East Midlands 'Made Smarter' Programme - Road Mapping:

The details we require are:

1. Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework/contract and were successful & not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages * Actual spend on this contract/framework (and any sub lots), from the start of the contract to the current date * Start date & duration of framework/contract?

2. Could you please provide a copy of the service/product specification given to all bidders for when this contract was last advertised?

3. Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if so, the duration of the extension?

4. Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s) are being either extended or renewed?

5. Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this contract?

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.

1. LCC received two bids for the Road Mapping opportunity from: Oxford Innovation Services Limited and The Growth Company Limited. As this was tendered via the Open procedure no suppliers were down selected at the PQQ stage. The highest ranking bidder was Oxford Innovation, therefore the Growth Company Limited was unsuccessful.

The actual spend on the contract to date is: £268,385.50 (excluding VAT)

The start date/duration of the contract is: 31/01/2023 - 31/12/2024

2. Please find attached

3. There is no extension option written into the contract; therefore the contract will automatically expire on 31st December 2024.

4. Please note that a decision has not yet been made; an extension/renewal is dependent on future funding.
