Correspondence between Maypole House School, Well and Lincolnshire County Council regarding Access and Public Rights of Way matters in Well and Alford - Find a freedom of information request

1. All communications made between the following parties between the period of 2001 to 2022: Maypole House School, Well (Address: Well Hall, Low Lane, Well, LN13 0ET) & Lincolnshire County Council's Countryside Access Department regarding Access / Public Rights of Way matters in Well/Alford.

1. We are responding to 9776674 which we have established relates to requests 8800269, 8972281, 9297881, 9414358, 9649441 and 9755521. We are responding in accordance with the Environmental Information Regulations (EIR). The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) allows that we can respond under EIR rather than FOIA.

All the requests predominantly refer to a Public Right of Way in Well. To add context, this is all available information and correspondence regarding footpath 79 from 1976 to 2024.

In our assessment of all the above cases we have located other information which we realise was not disclosed to you previously. Please find attached. We apologise for this omission. In consideration of this new request, we do not hold any correspondence for Maypole House School.

We have assisted you with your requests which have been broad and time consuming and we are satisfied that everything in scope has been disclosed. If you believe there is something missing or there is a specific record you are searching for, please provide clarity so we can locate the information. The EIR allows that we can consider request(s) which become burdensome on the authority. This allows that we consider the cost and diversion of resources when dealing with such requests.
