The vast majority of S106 agreements that have been secured in relation to developments that LCC deals with do not involve the securing of monies but instead secure matters that are not capable of being addressed by way of planning conditions (e.g. offsite highway works, HGV routing restrictions, long-term management post restoration etc.). Information relating to S106 invoices (Q2) may be available from another department. However, it is advised that the requestee interrogates the S106 documents in the first instance to identify which agreements involve the securing of financial contributions. These documents can be made available to view at Lancaster House in Lincoln by appointment.
