1. The Council do not provide or commission Live-in care at the individual’s home, and do not have a category of “complex care” needs. There is a Community Supported Living (CSL) contract where individuals receive support in a CSL property. CSL can be health or social care funded, or joint funded packages.

5. The Council does not have a category of “complex care for adults”. The commissioner responsible for specialist adult services is Justin Hackney, Assistant Director Adult Care and Community Wellbeing.
