Potholes on the A17 - Find a freedom of information request

1) Please provide the details of reports that Lincolnshire County Council received relating to Potholes on the A17 (subject section of the A17 clarified in paragraph 2 below) between the inclusive dates 13 May 2024 and 26 May 2024 and comprising this period of two weeks.

Primarily the date received, their location as provided, their size, their depth as per record logged, the source of the report received such as Public, Police, Employee, LCC Contractor, Other.

The date of the repair or request for action... or if the data is less detailed then the data recorded. The relevant 3.2km stretch of the A17 is the section comprising the 'Leadenham bypass' and shown on the attached PDF with West and East end points as shown.

If the Reports are only searchable against the road as the A17, rather than a section, then these records.
