Incredible Years Baby 0 to 12 months
This parenting programme covers the child’s first 12 months of life. It is an evidence-based programme which focuses on strengthening parenting skills and building a positive relationship with your baby. It is recommended to gain the most from the course content that you sign up when your child is aged between 0 to 6 months old. This course will be up to 10 weeks, depending on the needs of the group.

OWL Babies under 1s
Babies explore their environment through their senses which are vital for early brain development. These sessions will include discussions around baby’s brain development, the benefits of being outside, sensory play activities, singing and sharing books.

Pop in and Play 0 to 5 years
An opportunity for babies and children to pop in with their parents and carers to use the resources in the early years room in the centre. All we ask is that families clean and tidy the resources after use and the space is a safe and happy environment for all to enjoy.

The session features a ‘talk time’ to show how the little things parents do make a big difference to their babies’ learning, together. With a range of activities such as treasure baskets, messy play, singing songs and sharing books.
