School Absence Penalties from 2019 - Find a freedom of information request

Please may you provide me with:

1.The number of penalties issued to parents in relation to unauthorised absences.

2. The number of penalties issued to parents in relation to unauthorised holidays.

3. The number of staff whose role involves issuing penalties for unauthorised absences.

I would like the data broken down for the last five years, with a year-end date of 5 April or whichever year-end is most convenient.
