Having engaged with multiple agencies associated with this operation, it is evident that dialogue has been ongoing for many months. Therefore, under the FOI, I request full disclosure of the following:

1. The initial date when dialogue began with Stream Bioenergy.

2. The nature of these communications (e.g., phone, email, video meetings, or in-person meetings).

3. The individuals who were in attendance and their respective roles as decision-makers within the County Council, District Council, and Parish Council.
