15. IT Infrastructure is purchased on behalf of the Council by our outsourced IT Services provider, Serco.  Azure and software services are purchased by the Council via Phoenix.

16. Lincolnshire County Council does not favour or limit the use of any frameworks when procuring a service. Depending on the procurement specification, will determine which framework will be used.

Frameworks used in the last seven years include (but not limited to): RM3808, RM6100, RM6068, RM1599, RM6167, RM1557 (G-Cloud), RM3821, RM6194, RM1045, RM6261, RM3733, RM1045, Y20023, which have been available from the following PBOs: ESPO, CCS, TePAS, KCS and HealthTrust Europe as appropriate.

17. No, the Estates Department do not hold a specific budget for IT/CCTV. All IT costs are part of centralised budgets.

18. Lincolnshire County Council's annual revenue budget for Estates/Facilities Management is £18.470m. This includes all staffing, facilities management, repairs, and utilities costs for all corporately held properties.

19. Lincolnshire County Council hold a centralised IT budget and do not split out the IT systems budget down to specific building and trust facilities.
