Illegal and nuisance parking around schools in South Holland - Find a freedom of information request

1. I am looking into illegal and nuisance parking around the following schools in South Holland:

a) St Pauls Primary School

b) Spalding Primary Academy

c) Wygate Park Academy

d) Spalding Parish Church of England Day School

e) The Priory School

2. I am interested in the amount of complaints received

3. The amount of penalty notices issued in relation to parking outside the above schools

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.

1. Complaints received through our nuisance parking tool online as follows Complaints recorded from 15 July 2020 (since records began) up to 30th May 2024

a. St Pauls Primary School – Queen’s Road, Spalding, PE11 2JQ

12 reports – 5 of which were a Police Matter, 5 were unenforceable and 2 other reasons. None were attended as deemed not a civil parking enforcement matter.

b. Spalding Primary Academy – Woolram Wygate, Spalding PE11 1PB

7 reports – 1 of which was attended. 3 of which were a Police Matter, 3 were Unenforceable

c. Wygate Park Academy – Witham Road, Spalding PE11 3WT

5 reports – 3 of which were a Police matter and 2 were unenforcable.

d. Spalding Parish Church of England Day School – Clay Lake, Spalding PE11 2QG

9 reports – 3 of which were attended, 3 unenforceable, 3 police matter

e. The Priory School – Neville Avenue, Spalding PE11 2EH - None
