a)     How many requests for EHC Needs Assessment have the authority received.

b)    How many EHC Needs Assessments has the authority completed.

c)     How many final Education Health and Care Plans has the authority issued.

d)    How many of those final plans issued have been or are in the process of appeal to SEND Tribunal.

d)    How many children / young people of compulsory school age with or without an EHCP were/are recorded as placed at an in county, maintained Specialist Day School placement.

Q1 (a-d) we only hold data for a-c as until recently data on tribunals has not been recorded in a consistent way so the information is currently not accurate.

2. The data for those without an EHCP is not held within LCC's system. It will take longer to gather and validate that data, and it has not got data historically stored as in or out of county and it would have to be cross checked against historic placements data from the placements team to confirm whether or not placements were day or boarding so that only the correct ones are included.

3. Information on EOTAS has not previously been recorded separately. We have recently agreed to collect data on EOTAS separately.
