Transport Contracts - Find a freedom of information request

To assist us in our research, we kindly request the following information:

 Between 2020 to present date.
 
1) A comprehensive list of all transport vehicle contracts managed by your council, including contracts for private hire, public hire, minibuses (including vehicles with more than 8 seats), and coaches.

2) The number of companies that tendered for each of the contracts.

3) The name(s) of the transport vehicle company(s) that successfully won each contract.

4) The value of each contract, including the amount awarded and any relevant terms. The start and end dates of each contract.

5) Information on when tenders for the next round of contracts will commence, including any scheduled dates or timelines.

6) Details regarding the platform or method used for the submission of tenders, such as an online portal or physical submission process. 

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.

1) Please see attached a list of contracts that TSG manage for Home to School, Social Care and Local Bus transport.

2) This information is only held for tendered routes and can be found on the contracts register.

5) There are no set timelines for tendering as it is reactive to the service need.
