New Stamford Transport Model - Find a freedom of information request

1. Can you please tell me where to find the Lincolnshire County Council's "new Stamford Transport Model" document. This would have been published this year 2024 or perhaps in the latter part of 2023. 



It is referred to as the 'new' model as it replaces the "Stamford 2016 Model Update, Local Model Validation Report v03" which was published in January 2018. I have the latter report and would like to see the equivalent for the new model.
