Call Connect and the Public Sector Websites Accessibility Regulations

Please disclose: 1. The apps accessibility statement. https://www.gov.uk/guidance/accessibility-requirements-for-public-sector-websites-and-apps. Please note that the website/app requirements are in addition to accessible formats under section 20 of the Equality Act 2010.

2. Which website/app voice navigation software, if any has been tested with the app. Android Talk Back requires considerable dexterity which some people with arthritis, RSI etc, sight loss and more may be unable to manage

1. Please find attached accessibility statement as per request.

2. As per the attached, the Callconnect app has been tested with VoiceOver and TalkBack against WCAG 2.1 AA.
