1. Utterby Parish Council has recently received a letter from a concerned parent of Utterby Primary Academy regarding road traffic issues experienced near to the school.
I understand that Lincolnshire County Council has attended this location in recent years, and that road safety assessments have been conducted for this area. I am informed that the visits took place in:
* 2019 with Transport Inspectors, Laura Gilhespy and Sarah Hubury; and in
* 2020 with Local Highways Manager, Russell Crockford.
Please can you provide me with copies of all assessment outcome reports/documents that you hold for both of these visits. If further visits have occurred during the interim, then please can you also provide the equivalent documentation for these as well.
Finally, please can you provide me with copies of the policy/procedure/criteria documentation used when a) assessing road safety; and b) assessing the need to introduce traffic calming measures to existing highways.
