1. What locally commissioned services are currently commissioned by the Council, outside of the Community Pharmacy Contractual Framework.

2. The number of pharmacies commissioned to provide each service.

Where pharmacies are paid based on activity, rather than a block contract, please could you provide the total spending for each service for the last full financial year in which it is available?

I can confirm that some of the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council.

1. None directly, substance misuse services sub contract Pharmacy Based Supervised Administration and Needle Syring Programmes with some pharmacies but numbers and locations are not held by the authority.

3. This is built within the broader treatment and Recovery contract. Spends on Pharmacy based services is not held by the local authority Sexual Health Services have a budget of £10,000 for 2024/25 EHC

4. Start and end dates for wider contracts are:

• Substance misuse are 01-04-2024 to 31-03-2029

• Sexual health contracts are 01-04-2024 to 31-03-2029

5. The current contracts commenced 01-04-2024, the budget for Emergency Hormonal Contraception is £10,000 for the first financial year of the contract.
