I request a copy of all documents regarding traffic management as lodged with yourselves pertaining to the race meeting on 31st. March 2024 by the organisers of the said event. In particular those documents that relate to the following:

1. Increase in on street parking.

2. Effect on safety of pedestrians & other road users.

3. Restriction of access for emergency vehicles.

4. Increased traffic flow due to the event.
