I am sending this request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to ask for the following information:
1. How many requests for compensation over damage to vehicles caused by potholes have there been in Lincolnshire? How do 2023 figures compare to 2022?
2. I would like these figures for the period between January 1, 2023 and December 31, 2023, and January 1, 2022 and December 31, 2022.
3. I would like these figures broken down into successful and unsuccessful requests, with financial amounts disclosed by year for 2023 and 2022.
4. Additional questions:a) How much money has the council handed out in compensation for vehicle damage as a result of potholes in the county?
b) How many reports of potholes were there in Lincolnshire for 2023 and how many of these were successfully identified and dealt with? - Decision
