Private finance initiative (PFI) schools - PF1 and PF2 schools - Find a freedom of information request

Private finance initiative (PFI) schools.

Specifically, I would like to be sent:


1. A list of all PFI and PF2 schools in the local authority, providing the school's name, when it was built, when each contract is due to end and the name of the special purpose vehicle (SPV)/PFI project company (PFI Co)

2. For each of the contracts, a list of the confidentiality clauses attached to the contracts and who they apply to

3. The number of people bound by non-disclosure agreements (NDA) as part of the PFI or PF2 contracts and the reasons why the NDAs were issued. It would be appreciated if you could indicate whether any members of school or academy trust staff have had to sign NDAs

If any of the information is already in the public domain, please can you direct me to it, with page references and URLs if necessary.

The schools are:

Athena School, Lincoln

Fortuna, Lincoln

Claypole Primary, Claypole

Church Lane, Sleaford

St Botolph's, Sleaford

Greenfields, Grantham

Woodlands, Spilsby

All completed at the same time and the contract finishes on the 31 August 2032. The SPV is Focus Education (Lincolnshire) Ltd. There is a confidentiality clause that applies to Focus Education, EQUANS, and the Local Authority.

There are no non-disclosure agreements in place.

As for early release fees, this does not apply to us as we have no intentions of getting out early as far as I am aware.
