Security Services and Providers within Lincolnshire County Council - Find a freedom of information request

Please could you provide the following information:

1) Who currently provides Security Services : - Manned Guarding, Alarms, CCTV, and or any other security services for the Council?

2) What Security Services did the above win the contract for: i.e Keyholding, CCTV, Manned Guarding etc.

3) When was the last time this opportunity went out to tender?

4) When is the due date for the tender to be re-released?

5) What is the annual Council Spend on these types of services?

6) Who is the key responsible person - email address? 

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.

1. This is provided via our property services contract, this is currently with VINCI Facilities.

2) The Contract provides all of our property services inclusive of keyholding, CCTV, manned services, locking and unlocking, void inspections, etc.

3) The current contract is a 10 year contract that commenced 1 April 2015, we are currently tendering for the new contract that will start 1 April 2025.

4) This has already been released.

5) The cost is for all property services, inclusive of repairs and maintenance, estates functions, property helpdesk etc and is not broken down to give one figure for security.
