Under the Freedom of Information Act, I would like to request the following:

1. How many illegal disposable vapes/e-cigarettes/e-liquids were seized between the following periods:

a) 1st Jan 2024- 29th Feb 2024

b) 1st Jan 2023-31st December 2023

2. How many cases have been identified, where a business is stocking, or in possession of, illegal vaping products between the periods:

a) 1st Jan 2024- 29th Feb 2024

b) 1st Jan 2023-31st December 2023

3.How many illegal packets of cigarettes were seized between the following periods:

a) 1st Jan 2024- 29th Feb 2024

b) 1st Jan 2023-31st December 2023

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.

      E-liquids – 0

b) Vapes – 12,015

    E-liquids – 80

2a) 12 seizures from 9 premises

  b) 34 seizures from 27 premises

3a) Cigarettes – 1,592 packs of 20 cigarettes

  b) Cigarettes – 13,325 packs of 20 cigarettes
