Maintenance of drainage gullies and all other drainage apparatus and infrastructure along the highway in Gainsborough - Find a freedom of information request

We should be grateful if you would provide the following information in relation to highways located in the following postcode areas: DN21 1RZ, DN21 1UD, DN21 1RF (the 'Areas'):

Sandars Road, DN21 1RZ

Thurlby Road, DN21 1UD

Woodfield Road, DN21 1RF

1. Details of all duties Lincolnshire County Council has (i) to maintain the highway in those Areas and (ii) in respect of the maintenance of drainage gullies and all other drainage apparatus and infrastructure along the highway, in either case whether or not that highway was built or adopted by Lincolnshire County Council; and

2. Confirmation of (i) when Lincolnshire County Council last carried out maintenance of the drainage gullies and any other drainage apparatus and infrastructure along the highways in those Areas; (ii) the maintenance schedule under which Lincolnshire County Council intends to carry out maintenance of the drainage gullies and any other drainage apparatus and infrastructure along the highways in those Areas; and (iii) such action Lincolnshire County Council has taken to maintain the drainage gullies and any other drainage apparatus and infrastructure along the highways in those Areas, since the highway was built or adopted.
