Monitoring officer's legal qualifications - Find a freedom of information request

1) Please may I ask what legal qualifications your Monitoring Officer holds?

I understand there will be data protection questions as to if this should be classed as personal information, but I do not require great detail in the response and feel that given the pivotal role the Monitoring Officer plays in ensuring the council acts within the law I feel that it is of public interest.
