Council Website Administrators - Find a freedom of information request

1) I'm trying to find out which organisation hosts the individual parish council websites and appoints the administrators.

I'm led to believe this is the county council, as it is their server so it comes under their IT department.

2) If this is the case, could you confirm this and advise who is responsible for directing the IT department on who to make the administrators?

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.

2) Parish Council websites are created within the Digital Communications team. A parish council clerk will need to contact digital@lincolnshire.gov.uk in order to discuss their requirements, including who needs access aside from themselves. If new users need access, this is always signed off by the parish clerk.
