This request is being handled under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. I have detailed below the information that is held.  

1. Lincolnshire County Council has a dedicated Commercial team which responsibilities includes procurement.

2. The Commercial team has 54 FTE but not all of these are dedicated to procurement. Approx 27 of those undertake procurement activities.
