Site History Report for Smithfield Road, North Kelsey Moor - Find a freedom of information request

Relating to Smithfield Road, North Kelsey Moor, which Lincolnshire County Council as the Highway Authority is responsible for maintaining.

Please therefore forward to me;

1. A full copy of the current road maintenance policy for Smithfield Road which should include the planned frequency for road safety inspections, how the inspections should be carried out and the maximum timescale between a defect being identified and the actual repair being carried out.

Please also forward to me;

2. A full road repair history for Smithfield Road over the last year. This should include; dates of all safety inspections carried out between 14/9/23 and 14/11/23, details of precisely how the safety inspections were carried out, details of all carriageway defects identified (including description, date and time) and details of how Lincolnshire County Council handles these defects, what repairs were undertaken and the timescale between the identification of each defect and a repair to it being carried out.
