Voting for the devolution - Find a freedom of information request

Request

1. I would like to see how the voting for the devolution was conducted please and how many voted in favour?

2. Where and when was the public consultation held?

Decision

1.The webcast of the meeting holds the public record of the devolution vote. There was no recorded vote on this item of business, so the minutes (when they are available) will not show the detail of how each councillor voted - only those members who specifically requested to have their vote recorded.
