Our drop-in baby café provides a warm and welcoming space for you and your baby to relax, eat and drink. Help yourself to free refreshments and let your baby explore the toys. We have baby changing facilities onsite and nappies available too. Our friendly Business Support staff will be on-hand to signpost you to all available community services.

Incredible Years Baby (babies 0 to 6 months) - starting 18 June
An 8-week programme to help you with learning new parenting skills to support your baby's learning, development, and future behaviours. Learn about the importance of play in the earlier months and how you can build upon this into your child's toddler years. Please email the children’s centre to book.

Breast start from pregnancy and breastfeeding - every first and third Wednesday of the month
Supported by family help workers.
Come and join us in a relaxed, friendly environment, chat and meet other breastfeeding mums and get some support and advice. A member of the health visiting team supports the group.

The Solihull Antenatal Education Programme is intended for parents to be, and their birthing partner. This is a six-week programme designed to provide you with information around parent and baby relationships, labour and birth, breast feeding and caring for you baby. Free online sessions for parents and carer

The courses provide support through all stages of bringing up children, from pregnancy and birth to caring for toddlers up to teenagers.
