Lincolnshire County Council don't have a Community clinical commissioning lead.
LCC do commission some NHS services that deliver in community settings - for example substance misuse and sexual health services.
Derek Ward (Director of Public Health) -derek.ward@lincolnshire.gov.uk has statutory responsibility for commissioning those.
