Decision

1. Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) uses the Business World ERP System for Payroll, HR and Finance and expires on the fifth anniversary of the Ongoing Services Commencement Date.

2. LCC’s payroll is currently outsourced until 31/03/2024 and on 01/04/2024 the payroll service will be delivered by LCC.

3. 6,392 in January 2024 (including pensioners but excluding schools which was 4,628 although these are technically outside of our remit as they currently contract directly with Serco).
