1) Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) has a Childrens Services Integrated Front Door that receives contacts into Social Care and serves as the point to access Early Help services. Decision making about threshold for Social Care is made by qualified and experienced social workers in the Childrens Social Care screening team. This is not a multiagency front door.
