Geological Disposal Facility - Find a freedom of information request

1. I am trying to source the wording of the two questions asked at the 17 Sept 2021 Council meeting by Cllr Sear and Cllr Parker of the Leader concerning the proposed Geological Disposal Facility and the wording of the two responses given. The minutes do not record same, only the subject matter of the questions.
 
There would appear to have been no additional questions asked since by LCC members at any meeting since.
 
2. In addition, please can I ask if there is provision with the LCC Constitution for members of the public to table and ask questions at Full Council and/or in meetings of the Cabinet?

There is no provision within our constitution that allows public questions at Full Council at meetings of the Executive. I would instead direct constituents to their divisional councillor who may wish to ask a question on their behalf.
