The management of the CCTV and access control systems - Find a freedom of information request

We are requesting details of who is responsible for the management of the CCTV and access control systems within the council estate (position/name/email/phone) together with manufacturer details of systems installed, incumbent maintenance service providers, contract values and renewal dates.

As such, this information is exempt from disclosure in accordance with the exemption set out at Section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 which provides that a public authority need not comply with a request for disclosure under the Act where that information is reasonably accessible by other means.

The contract started 1/4/23 and expires 31/3/26 with the options to extend until 31/3/27 and 31/3/28.

We do not hold an accurate record of all manufacturer details of the systems across our sites, but the site systems are compiled of multiple manufacturers.
