1. Request complete disclosure of the Officers Highway Report. This includes details of actions taken, investigations conducted into the issue, and any evidence such as CCTV surveys.

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.

Please find attached report from Flowline, also we can confirm that the gully was unfortunately not cleaned out as there is a fault with the gully pot which needs replacing which we will arrange for this to be done in due course.
