1) With regards to the inspections carried out 17 July 2022 and 4 August 2023, please
confirm the weather conditions on those dates as stated in your reports, i.e. was it
raining?
2) Please advise how many FixMyStreet reports have been logged relating to this
specific issue. Regarding the routine inspections, please also advise how many have
taken place and what these inspections cover, in order that we can understand what
has been monitored in relation to the specific location/problem we are referring to - Decision
