 a) Social Workers (SW) - Currently nine Level 1 SW vacancies and 20.7 Level 2 SW vacancies. Some roles vacant from 2022.

b) Occupational Therapists - Currently three vacancies, oldest vacancy from July 2023.

c) Safeguarding Officers (SO) - Currently six vacancies for SO, unknown which has been open longest.

Like other local authorities, Lincolnshire County Council only use agency staff when it has vacancies and they have to be filled quickly to provide the essential support necessary for vulnerable people - such as in social services and children's services where this is seen nationally.
