Local Government Act 1972, Section 123 (2A) Open Space Land NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lincolnshire County Council intends to proceed to a disposal by way of granting an option to proceed to the completion of a deed of grant for electricity cabling underneath the following area of open space by way of an option agreement and later deed of grant of easement to GT R4 Limited:- Land at Roman Bank, Anderby Creek, Anderby. Lincolnshire PE24 5XW

With regards to the above Notice, as advertised in the Boston Target of 24th January 2024, I would be grateful if you could provide me with a copy of the plan which shows the area of land affected by this notice.

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.

As part of the Outer Dowsing Offshore Wind Project Lincolnshire County Council is granting licence to allow the company to lay electricity cabling below the sandhills land between Anderby Creek and Wolla Bank.

The notice is required as the land is held by the Council following the Sandhills Act 1932 as Open Space Land.

The land outlined in red in the attached is owned by the County Council with the area in blue being relevant to the notice as published.
