1) I would like to have the figures for the west Lindsey FAST team in a monthly performance format for the months between February 2020 and December 2023 on statutory visits and meetings that have not fallen outside of their time scales to include a % of what was compliant and what was not compliant in each month and for the number of cases not compliant in a month the actual figure of how many were breaching their statutory time frames.
For example, children on child in need are required to have a home visit every 28 days.
So (example figures made up in my head) March 2020 80% of families had their statutory visit within this time frame and 20% breached the statutory timeframes with the 20% being 42 families not seen in this time. - Decision

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.
Please find below figures. Please note that the number of families which make up the % figure is not provided because of the low numbers which means that individual families and children could be identified.
The visits completed outside statutory timescale data will include those where there was not time to re-arrange or schedule another visit within the timescales to accommodate availability where a) visits were cancelled by parents at short notice, b) one or more of the children or all the family were not in when a visit was made, c) where illness of a family or a social worker prevented a visit being made (including covid 19), d) those where families were temporarily away from home and e) unavailability of the allocated social worker and it not being considered to be in the children’s best interests for a social worker not known to them to undertake the visit.
In addition to statutory child in need visits, this cohort of children are also regularly seen by their schools and early years settings, and by other children’s professionals such as early help workers and early years practitioners, and health professionals such as family health workers and health visitors, all of whom are part of the child’s ‘child in need’ plan.
