PCNs issued at Matmore Gate and Stonegate, Spalding - Find a freedom of information request

1. Matmore Gate and Stonegate, Spalding, close to the Tesco Express

I have been sent information about the number of penalty charge notices (PCNs) issued in the County but have been unable to identify how many, if any, have been issued for this particular vicinity.

It would be helpful to know how many visits enforcement officers have made over the last two years and how many PCNs have been issued.

1. Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) can confirm that since 1 February 2022 to 12 February 2024 it has undertaken the following visits:

• Stonegate – 132 visits

• Matmore Gate – 43 visits

During this period, there have been:

• 13 PCNs issued at Stonegate

• Four PCNs issued at Matmore Gate
