RICS regulated firm - Find a freedom of information request

Under the Freedom of Information Act, I would like to request the following information:

1) Please confirm whether your Fire and Rescue Service have contracted an RICS regulated firm to provide advice in respect of business rates mitigation and appeals on your own properties? If so, we would be grateful for the following information:

* Date of contract award

* Contract expiry

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.

1) Through our wider property contract Kier Estates provide rates advice to all of Lincolnshire County Council which would include Lincolnshire Fire & Rescue if and when required.
