Firefighter availability planning software - Find a freedom of information request

1. Who is Lincolnshire FRS's current provider of firefighter availability planning software? e.g. Gartan, Firewatch, FireServiceRota (On-call and Wholetime if different please)

2. When the contract (s) expire or are due for renewal?

1. Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue Service’s (LFR) currently utilise Rappel, an SSS Public Safety product, for providing On Call availability information. LFR use a Microsoft Application to provide availability information for Wholetime personnel.

2. Rappel is due for renewal April 2025.
