Lincolnshire use of bailiffs/enforcement agents in 2022/2023

1. The number of times between 1st April 2022 and 31st March 2023, or the nearest available twelve-month period, that private bailiffs/enforcement agents have been instructed to enforce debts by the County Council relating to each of the following; 

- Parking Any other debt types, including any other overpayments.

2. The number of times that private bailiffs/enforcement agents have been instructed to enforce

debts for (i) 'parking' and (ii) 'any other debt types, including any other overpayments', between 1st April 2022 and 31st March 2023 or the nearest available twelve-month period, by the following local authorities:

City of Lincoln Council Parking - Any other debt types including any other overpayments

Boston Borough Council Parking - Any other debt types including any other overpayments

East Lindsey District Council Parking - Any other debt types including any other overpayments

West Lindsey District Council Parking - Any other debt types including any other overpayments

North Kesteven District Council Parking - Any other debt types including any other overpayments

South Kesteven District Council Parking - Any other debt types including any other overpayments

South Holland District Council Parking - Any other debt types including any other overpayments
