1. As we are a new provider of supported living services who is the appropriate point/ person of contact within Lincolnshire County Council? ie Lead Commissioner (s)

(a) What are the minimum, maximum and average hourly rates paid to independent providers for providing care and support to adults with mental health, learning disabilities, and physical disabilities?



(b) Please also provide the following information regarding the fee rates paid to CQC independent providers for council-funded residential social care for adults with mental health and learning disability.



3. What are your minimum room sizes and property requirements eg, is an open plan kitchen suitable? do you require ensuites and a separate living and dining room?



4. What type of supported living services are needed in Lincolnshire County Council ie mental health, learning disabilities, section 117, section 17 or informal?



5. What type of services are you looking to commission now, for example is it supported living 18-65 for people leaving long term treatment?



6. Do we need to apply for a local contract in order to register as a supported living service, if so please advise where we can do so?

3. There are no minimum room sizes/property requirements.  LCC will normally provide details of the type of property it requires when it releases a mini tender, this will include the type of property, rooms, outside space, bathroom, and any other requirements.
