I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.
1-4. Attached
5. This entrance was not considered as the collision stats at the time did not raise this as a specific issue.
6. This was considered, but with the constraints in the available public highway a major scheme could not be progressed without the need to purchase private land. In addition, the cost of a major scheme here would be significant and well above the funding identified within the bid. However, the proposed lower speed limit and average camera system include this junction.
7. This was not considered as the collision stats at the time did not raise this as a specific issue.
8. This was not considered as other side roads or tracks as none were identified in terms of collision stats
9. This was considered, and a draft report is included. However, with the amount of underground services and drainage issues, as well as the overall geometry, the costs escalated over and above the funding identified within the bid. However, the reduction in the speed limit to 40 mph and improved road surface grip were included.
10. No data held. No such calculation has ever been made.
11. No data held, would recommend sending a request to Lincolnshire Police.
12. There is no specific data held for this question, however, small number plates can cause some issues with certain automated camera systems that rely upon ANPR to detect the offence.
Companies try to mitigate this as much as possible within their design. All automated detections are verified by officers who study the image taken and can often identify a VRM where automated technology has failed.
