1. Please provide details of drainage maintenance and condition information, including any surveys, records of silt levels, root entry into the drainage system and general conditions of the drains, dates of any works including cleansing of the system since April 2020 for the following location.

2. Please include the current status, including the last cleansing date and silt levels and when the next cleanse is expected?

2. The last inspection of the assets were July 2023 which fits with the programme for that maintenance area.

There is a column in the attached document with ‘last inspection’ and one with ‘inspection date’ and these don’t match, It has been queried with the data reporting team.

These are on an annual cleanse but Lincolnshire County Council do not have the dates for next year as yet.

Are you looking at a narrower area of assets, a report was ran for the whole length of Main Road.
