• introduce No Waiting at Any Time on Richmond Drive at the junctions of Newark Road, Inns Close and Heather Gardens. Inns Close outside the school entrance and St George’s Close at the junctions of St Marks Close and St James Place
• introduce No Waiting Monday to Friday 8 to 9.30am and 2.30 to 4.30pm on Richmond Drive outside properties 1 to 7 and Inns Close
• introduce a mandatory school keep clear Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm on Heather Gardens outside Ling Moor Primary School
