PL/0129/22 and PL/0130/22 Planning Applications 2 - Find a freedom of information request

Accordingly, under the Freedom of Information Act, I would like to request the following information in respect to the statements by Mr McBride in paragraph 2 of his email dated 28

November 2023 to the appeal the planning decisions to approve PL/0129/22 and PL/0130/22 should be revoked and then reconsidered by the Planning Inspectorate.

The information requested comprises the following six documents required under statute to determine the risk of a Non-Hazardous Development on the life and quality of life of UK citizens:

1)    Report on the fire risks associated with the straw bale barrier.

2)    Report on the duties of the landowners / property owners towards the quality of life of the occupiers of the properties.

3)   Report by the statutory body responsible for ensuring public safety.

4) Report on cumulative impact assessment and the impact of the additional gravel extraction, given current needs are met and there are no future requirements for at least 10 years.

5) Report assessing the possibility the request for the release of the gravel within the 100m zone is more to do with extending Breedon presence in West Deeping linked to the decision timescale of the proposed gravel extraction proposal SG17.

6) Summary Report that incorporated the above five Reports assessed the cumulative impact of the developments on the life and quality of life of those that will be affected.

In response to your request for the reports as listed under items 1 to 6 of your request, no such reports exist and instead relevant planning matters pertinent to consideration of the applications are dealt with and set out within the Committee Report that relates to these applications.
