Section 38 agreement for Taylor Wimpey's Waddington Heath Site - Find a freedom of information request

Please can you provide any information held with regards to a Section 38 agreement for Taylor Wimpey's Waddington Heath Site. Namely the adoption by Lincolnshire Highways/County Council of Fleetwood Road.
 

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.

Please find attached signed Section 38 Agreements relating to the Taylor Wimpey site in Waddington known as Fleetwood Road. The plans identify that all infrastructure highlighted green has been proposed for public adoption. As construction works to these areas remains ongoing, the site has not yet been adopted by this Authority.
