Decision

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.

1.There were 6950 reports made during the period 01 April to 10 November which went to a status of ‘No further action required’. It should be noted that this number of reports is in the context of the large volume of reports received as a highways service. During extreme weather events or major incidents, such as Storm Babet recently, the system was changed to generate an automatic response to inform people we were aware of the issue and responding, and the enquiry was closed down to help manage the high volume received during such times. There may also be occasions where at the time the report is made in Fix My Street, the work is already underway and therefore may generate this response.
